Celitc and Brendan Rodgers, go Into tonights game after a 1-0 win over Aberdeen in the Final of the Betfred Cup on Sunday. The hoops are hoping to maintaining their winning streak tonight when they face a new look Motherwell side at Fir Park.

The hoops fell to second in the Scottish Premiership when Rangers saw of Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday. Rangers grabbed top spot for the first time since Mark Warburrton in 2016.

Rodgers said at the press conference after the Betfred cup game on Sunday “We look to play the same way, we have a plan and we will stick to it, going game by game.”

 

Motherwell go into tonight’s game after losing 2-0 at the hands of Livingston at the weekend in a adrenaline filled match at the Tony Macaroni Areana in Livingston.

Celtic are unbeaten in their past four Scottish Premiership away games (W3 D1), netting 14 goals and conceding none.

Motherwell have won each of their past two home league games – they have not won three in a row at home since September 2017.

Ryan Christie will be wanting to retain his spot in the team after scoring the winning goal against Aberdeen in the Betfred cup final on Sunday
