Leader of the Transform party, Emma Pearson (19) , wants to increase taxes on bankers who have lost significant public funds through trading.
Jack Lee (19), leader of the Tomorrow party, has promised to remove tuition fees for all universities.
Vision party leader, Saffron McKee (19), vows to charge smokers for health services.
The election itself will take place at 2pm this afternoon.
