Granny Goes To College – The Lifts…

Read Time:43 Second

We all know the lifts present a daily challenge to get to classes in the tower block, made worse by the current upgrade work. If you are lucky enough to get in a lift, it stops at every floor.

Can I make a plea to those students who are only going to the first floor, or to the library on the second floor, to consider walking up the stairs. In the mornings, no matter when I arrive, I often find that to get to the classroom on time I have to walk up five floors.

I go to an exercise class and like to keep as fit as I can, but a morning trek up the stairs carrying a heavy backpack is the pits.

So, if you see me resting on the landing anywhere, do smile and say hello as I recover my breath.
